Objective
Van Eck International Gold invests for long term capital appreciation with moderate yield and income in order to protect against monetary uncertainty. It will invest up to 80% of its net assets mainly in gold mining shares and other gold-related companies and upt to 12.5% of its net assets in gold and silver coins as well as gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion. It may also invest up to 20% of its assets in other investment companies, including closed and open-end funds and ETFs.
